Dear Yogis

Enjoy this day and prepare for the falling leaves ,

the letting go of all you do not need anymore.
Off to the sea and some energy to renew after our battles with those who are false under the guise of good.  Be aware and still open to love.

Dear yogis,
Thank you for all the support as we stand up against another invasion of our natural habitat. We wish no harm to others but sometimes one must be counted when the weak or voiceless do not have sufficient ability to stop an injustice.

Eel pie island yoga morning

Dear yogis

We formed our circle of light overlooking the beautiful river last Friday.  Good response to the chakra triad and flows.  Some tears and alot of laughter!    Our vegetarian feast was prepared with love by a very spiritual chef  before he went to prayers.

We will see how to offer more.

Spring has Sprung

I hope you are all enjoying the spring flowers and the lovely rain too.

We have a beautiful new addition to our family and she is truly a flower.........DAISY ALICE.
