Winter Solstice Blessing to all

Friendly Robin brightens up the day again!

Jupiter and Saturn will be closer together in the night sky than they have been for four hundred years. Look up to the South West in the UK and marvel at the wonders of Nature.

Summer Yoga

Dear Yogis,

Look out for our newsletter and dates for offerings as we are all getting out and about again.
Glad you have been doing personal practise and meditation in particular and we will start with a silent walk and chakra balance in the Woods. How do you see the world now?  Upside down or the right way up?

Om shanti

We are one on this little planet - visit River Crane Sanctuary website for a Nature Fix

“I meant to do my work today
But a black bird sang in the apple-tree,
And a butterfly flitted across the field
And all the leaves were calling me.

And the wind went sighing over the land
Tossing the grasses to and fro,
And a rainbow held out its shining hand –
So what could I do but laugh and go?”
 Richard Le Gallienne
The poem quotes a ‘brown’ bird but I hope the Poet will not mind this change as the                     words of Maya Angelou “I know why the caged bird sings kept coming into my thoughts as the horrors in America unfolded with the murder of George.
Blackbirds are so beautiful and their song fills us with joy amidst all the depression which comes with witnessing and fighting against injustices in the world again and again. We have to ‘sing’ and find respite wherever we can in order to keep standing up to the bullies.

Springwatch is showing us amazing scenes of Nature and the Conservation work being done by dedicated people all across the country.  Young people are being given a voice and becoming role models for the changes which we want to see worldwide. Butterflies, bees, wildflowers and birds are glorious along the Sanctuary route so take a walk; stand and stare awhile.  Bat pups will be born this month and when three weeks old may be found on the ground when they start learning to fly!  Bats are important indicators of Biodiversity as they are sensitive to landscape changes and usage. Flower Full Moon 7th May - Healing and Compassion

If you did not see the Moon yesterday perhaps you felt its energy and especially after the beautiful sunshine day before she came into our skyline.

Opening the heart and givng out love and light gives us as much as that which we donate freely.

Here are some nature photos to show how we are already receiving so much even in this time of social 'isolation'.   We are never alone....we are All One.
