Italy in May - Yoga Holiday
Come and join us in a small group in a beautiful villa in Umbria; the Green Heart of Italy.
There is space to relax and dream and a regular daily yoga practise with attention and support .
Home cooked italian vegetarian meals from arrival dinner on the saturday 22nd May to breakfast before we leave on the saturday 29th May is all included in the price. Please note that extra is friday night dinner when we will dine out and celebrate our week together.
Teaching is in english but we have students from Belgium, Italy, Uk, Portugal, Poland, Finland, Germany coming and we are all one and we are all welcome!
Orvieto is a stunning location and the surrounding areas are also enticing for exploring the real Italy. It is the spiritual home land of St Francis and produced artists, musicians and continues to inspire all who come with an open heart.
We have chosen this place carefully and we offer it to those who are seeking to join in a special week to deepen their yoga practise and spiritual journey.

Happy New Year Yogis
Hi to one and all.
Wonderful to see so many of you at the social to end my long run at Cannons/Nuffields and to celebrate our yoga club for dedicated followers of YOGA........not fashion!
New term begins on Wednesday 20th for a pranayama workshop. Contact me for details .
